User Agreement & Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pak360" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to pak360.bet and its operating entity, including all affiliated services, products, and sub-domains accessible under the pak360 brand.
• "User" / "you" / "your" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak360 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the pak360 registration process.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated funds held within your pak360 account, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account under a specific promotion, as distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Services" means the full range of products offered on pak360 including but not limited to: sportsbook (cricket, football, UFC, etc.), live casino, RNG slots, and Pearls of Bingo.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by pak360 prior to processing your first withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.

By accessing pak360.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and pak360.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Continued use of pak360 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

pak360 reserves the right to require written reconfirmation of acceptance of these Terms at any point, particularly following a material amendment. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of account access until confirmation is received.

Use of pak360 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pak360 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of pak360 or any of its platform providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently in force on your pak360 account.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law at the time of placing bets.

pak360 conducts mandatory KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. This process requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may additionally require proof of address or source of funds documentation at pak360's discretion. KYC verification simultaneously confirms identity and enforces the 21+ age restriction.

pak360 takes underage gambling seriously and uses automated screening tools to flag accounts that may not meet age eligibility criteria. Players are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content on shared devices.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) pak360 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your pak360 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information at all times.
• Keep your registered details up to date. Any change in your name, contact details, or payment method must be communicated to pak360 support promptly.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify pak360 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pak360 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player failing to maintain the security of their account credentials. Where unauthorised access is suspected, pak360 will temporarily suspend the account pending an investigation and will work with the affected Player to restore account security.

All transactions on pak360 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees, as all balances are held and displayed natively in PKR.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on pak360 is PKR 300. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers are credited within standard clearing windows applicable to the respective institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed same day for fully KYC-verified accounts under normal operating conditions. pak360 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. pak360 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times.

• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering protocols.
• pak360 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings derived from bonus funds, after completion of the applicable wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.
• pak360 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank clearing systems, or network disruptions beyond the platform's control.

In cases where pak360 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. pak360 will notify affected users of any such action where legally permitted to do so.

pak360 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated within each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on pak360 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from real-money balances. Real money is used first when wagering unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• pak360 reserves the right to restrict the games eligible for wagering bonus funds. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated bonus harvesting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits.
• pak360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the pak360 sportsbook. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the sportsbook interface for each event.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once a bet slip reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets shown as "pending" in your bet history are confirmed bets.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may change before the bet is confirmed. If odds change between bet placement and confirmation, pak360 will notify you and give you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Void bets: pak360 reserves the right to void any bet where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is determined to have been influenced by corruption, match-fixing, or circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.
• Obvious errors: Any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price — including but not limited to prices resulting from a technical error or data feed failure — may be voided at pak360's discretion. Winnings arising from obvious errors will not be paid.
• Maximum winnings: pak360 applies maximum payout limits per event and per account, the details of which are available within the sportsbook. Bets placed that would generate winnings above the maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum payout figure.
• PSL and cricket markets: All cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, are governed by ICC rules and pak360's cricket-specific betting rules unless stated otherwise. In-play bets will stand provided the bet was accepted before the relevant ball/delivery was bowled, as confirmed by the platform timestamp.

pak360 operates an active sports integrity programme. Any account identified as placing bets in coordination with or based on inside information relating to the outcome of an event will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant sporting governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak360. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent banning, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account in circumstances designed to circumvent platform rules.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the pak360 platform in any way.
• Exploiting technical errors, platform vulnerabilities, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage over pak360 or other players.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including live casino games or any game where player interaction occurs.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the account lifecycle, including during KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating transactions on behalf of a third party through your pak360 account.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of crime through the pak360 platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that pak360 reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, or threatening toward pak360 staff or other players via any communication channel.

pak360 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal harm, it is time to seek help.

pak360 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period your account cannot be used for betting or casino play.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from pak360. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances, regardless of requests made to support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during play sessions displaying time spent and net wagering position.

pak360 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account at its sole discretion, including without player request, where the platform identifies behaviour consistent with problem gambling. This is done in the interest of player welfare and is not a punitive measure.

All content on pak360.bet — including but not limited to: the pak360 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, written content, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of pak360 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak360 platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from pak360.bet.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any pak360 software.
• Use the pak360 brand, name, or logo in any context without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any page of pak360.bet on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pak360 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pak360 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to account compromise resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any service interruption, technical failure, or platform downtime affecting your ability to place or settle bets.
• Losses arising from bets placed in error, including bets placed at erroneous odds subsequently voided by pak360.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on pak360.bet.

pak360 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak360's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak360 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak360 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant amendments, pak360 may additionally notify registered users via email or an in-account notification.

Your continued use of the pak360 platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Account Termination by pak360: pak360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, abuse of promotions, or any conduct pak360 determines to be harmful to the platform or other users. In such cases, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the Player following investigation, unless it has been determined that the balance was derived through prohibited conduct.

Account Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your pak360 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any withdrawable balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the pak360 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak360 operates its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with your use of pak360 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of your local law.

pak360 operates under international gaming licensing standards. Where local law in a user's jurisdiction conflicts with any provision of these Terms, users are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before using the platform. pak360 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by pak360's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by pak360's licensing authority.
